It was an interesting opportunity for us to setup a team from scratch for this renowned agency. Being from Pune, having a large pool of technical talent pool in Pune and looking at the operation cost we decided to set up the pod in Pune. We listed the skills needed and mapped the structure we want to have for the team to function effectively. We sourced from poratals, references and also used out communities database to build the team. In 4 weeks we were able to set up the team with some brilliant full time and contract resources and they are fully operational and delivering at 110% to the clients across the globe for the international client and from Pune, India. We are operating the POD currently for our client till it is matured enough to be transferred.
