Snowflake is a skill which very recently has gained popularity and the skilled talent pool is limited. After we source, screen , three rounds of interview, offer and conversion; the pool becomes further small to ramp up in 4 weeks. So definitely only job portals won't be sufficient to match the need. We needed to think out of the box to build the team with highly skilled Snowflake resources.
Apart from using the portals, we applied community approach where we tapped from various online and offline Snowflake communities. This allowed us to not only approach the active job seekers but even the passive job seekers.
