    Problem Statement

    A US based OPD organisation wanted to set up an offshore development team and required HR-as-a-Service

    TQ-P Approach

    One of our Clients based out of West Coast wanted to create an Offshore Development Team focusing on Product Development for their Clients. They wanted to ramp up and have teams based out of Hyderabad & Pune centred around couple of key associates who were relocating back to India.
    We worked with the Client, Identified and helped them choose 2 locations in Professional Managed Work Spaces. WE conducted Walk-In Drives for the specific technologies in Pune & Hyderabad. Our Marketing Team and Candidate Outreach team leveraged our existing Community Pools and we were able to set up drives over 2 consecutive weekends in Hyderabad & Pune. All of this was executed within 4 weeks of the initial conversation to coincide with the Client Visit schedule to India.
    Currently we have 26 Tech Associates Offered with 12 already joined and 14 scheduled to join as of the last week of February. The Client has also entrusted with running the entire HR function for these teams including HR Formalities, BGV, Onboarding, Induction Training, Payroll & Employee Engagement.
