Hiring great talent is a top priority and a big challenge for growing companies. As former leaders of rapidly expanding organizations, we’ve faced these challenges head-on:

To tackle these issues, we developed targeted solutions that helped our previous companies grow their teams by 400 to 700 employees effectively. This success inspired us to found Talent Quotient Partners in 2022, with a mission to strategically partner with IT companies in data analytics, product engineering, and executive hiring.
